Sunlight Machine Tools Timeline
2005: Sunlight Machine Tools founded by Mr. Krishna Kumar and Mr. Sudhir.
2006: Added one more CNC turning centre (Ace) to the inventory.
2007: Integrated 2D Height Master (Electronica) into operations.
2012: Moved into a larger facility to accommodate expanding customer needs. Added two more machines (LT-20C Ace make).
2013: Further modernized operations with the addition of 1 CNC turning machine (LT-30). Achieved ISO certification and passed GQMS certification.
2014: Augmented machining capacity by acquiring 1 vertical machining centre (Doosan-400, Doosan make).
2016: Strengthened machining capabilities with the addition of 1 vertical machining centre (a Super Winner AMS make).
2018: Moved to a new, self-owned building, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.
2019: Upgraded equipment by replacing the old 2D Height Master with a new Height Master machine (Optima M 700).
2020: Expanded machining capabilities with the addition of 1 vertical machining centre (MCV-850 AMS make). Obtained a pollution control certificate from the Government of Karnataka State Pollution Control Board.
2021: Added 1 CNC Turning Centre machine (Jobber XL Ace make), further enhancing production capabilities.
2022: Acquired 1 Coordinate Measuring Machine (Spectra 6.8.5 Accurate Make), facilitating precise quality control measures.
